In 1997 PremierCare Northwest was started as a collaborative effort between Northwest Health System and over 400 physicians collectively known as QualitiCare Physicians, LLC. It wasn’t long after inception that PremierCare Northwest became Arkansas’ Largest Provider-Owned Network. Today, PremierCare Northwest continues to be not only Arkansas’ largest provider-owned network, but also an innovator in the way healthcare is delivered.
Over 90% of people in Northwest Arkansas who have health insurance have been touched in some way by the services performed at PremierCare Northwest. PremierCare Northwest maintains a primary regional network consisting of over 400 physicians and ancillary providers, 8 hospital facilities, and countless outpatient services. Additionally, the network has grown to cover not only Arkansas, but Oklahoma and Missouri as well through strategic affiliations.
